Sullivan Hall (Large hall, about 69’ X 39’)
The Sullivan Hall is a large hall with a capacity to host up to 280 people by fire code (set up determines # seated). With its high arched ceiling, four double doors and plenty of windows, this hall offers a sense of bright open space. Combined with your rental, the Sullivan Hall has a grassed lanai area and pathway. The hall comes with a fridge/freezer, sink and counter for your refreshments. $300.00 deposit is require to secure your booking
Includes: Chairs, Tables, Air Conditioning, 2 x Large Ceiling Fan, WiFi, Audio/Visual, Sink and Counter top, Fridge/Freezer, Free Parking. For an additional cost an 85” Smart TV is available for use to connect to your laptop.
Ballard Hall (Large hall, about 77’ X 35’)
Ballard Hall is a large hall with a capacity to host up to 220 people by fire code (set up determines # seated) This hall offers a high flat ceiling reating a more intimate atmospher for events. There is a small recessed area housing a sink, counter, cupbaoard and fridge/top freezer. Combined with your rental, the Ballard Hall has a paved pathway and an AstroTurf lanai area. Cruickshank Hall (Small Room, about 30’ X 30’)
The small room holds up to 63 persons. It includes wireless internet interface, a TV for presentations (HDMI, S-video, RGB) and A/C.
$100.00 deposit required
A Note on party Times
Friday and Saturday parties set-up starts at 2:00PM. Friday and Saturday parties must end by 10:00PM and everything must be cleaned and cleared by 12:00midnight.
Sunday parties are for dinnertime. For a dinner party set up at noon, party must end by 8:00PM and everything must be cleaned and cleared by 10:00PM.
Party Deposits
A deposit is required to reserve the date and hall desired.
It must be paid in full before the date can be reserved.
This does not count towards the rental fees.
Deposits will not be refunded if party is cancelled within 60 days of the event.
Ballard Hall and /Sullivan Hall (Large Room) $300.00 deposit required
Cruickshank (Small Room) $100.00 deposit required
Party/Event Monitor Fee- The Party/Event Monitor’s duties includes ensuring the bathrooms are stocked, the party runs smoothly, and that everything is in accordance with safety and building guidelines. The Party/Event Monitor is mandatory and included in the party rental cost.
